Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. HÆLEN is accountability and life coaching — not therapy, psychiatric care, or a substitute for licensed medical treatment. If you're also working with a therapist or physician, coaching complements that work rather than replacing it.
How confidential is this, really?

Do you work with people outside Malibu and Beverly Hills?
Yes — HÆLEN serves clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area, with in-person availability for local clients and remote sessions for those further out.
